- Enrolment & Admission
- Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form and full/partial fee payment.
- Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during enrolment. Any false information may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Fees & Payment
- All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the academy cancels a batch.
- Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of access to classes.
- Course Delivery
- Classes will be conducted online as per the timetable shared.
- Chakra Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty assignments, or delivery methods if required.
- Students are expected to have a proper online setup (device, internet, audio/video) to attend sessions.
- Attendance & Discipline
- Regular attendance is mandatory. Absence from classes may affect performance tracking.
- Students must maintain discipline during online sessions. mis-behaviour, use of abusive language, or disruption may lead to suspension or termination of enrolment.
- Sharing class links or recordings with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Assessments & Progress Tracking
- Students must participate in scheduled tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Performance reports will be shared periodically with students/parents.
- Non-participation in assessments may affect eligibility for internal rankings or scholarships.
- Use of Learning Materials
- All study materials, notes, and recordings provided are the intellectual property of Chakra Academy.
- Students may use them only for personal learning. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted.
- Technology & LMS Usage
- Students must use the Learning Management System (LMS) responsibly.
- Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- Misuse of LMS features may result in restricted access.
- Communication
- Official communication will be sent via email, SMS, or LMS notifications.
- Students/parents are responsible for keeping their contact details updated.
- Compliance & Termination
- Students must comply with all academy policies, including code of conduct and academic integrity.
- Chakra Academy reserves the right to terminate enrolment for violation of terms, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.
- Limitation of Liability
- Chakra Academy provides academic guidance and resources but does not guarantee exam success.
- The academy is not liable for technical issues arising from the student’s personal devices or internet connectivity.
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
