A pharmacy graduate with advanced professional training from IIM Kozhikode, he blends domain depth with strong business and financial acumen. He has founded and scaled operations globally across Mexico, USA, UK, Philippines, and India. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and scalable processes in education and healthcare. Known for execution-first leadership, data-driven decision-making, and building resilient, high-performance teams across geographies.

Demonstrated expertise in Financial strategy, Corporate governance, Leadership, Compensation &Benefits, and Global account delivery. Proven success in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance, and managing large-scale functions. Strong background in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and process transformation.

With over 25 years of professional experience, including 16 years leading large-scale operations in the U.S. healthcare domain, Gopi Krishnappa brings expertise in governance, process excellence, performance management, and compliance-driven execution. At Chakra Academy, he oversees academic operations, faculty performance, admissions, student outcomes, and parent engagement, ensuring disciplined delivery and consistent results. His leadership is rooted in data-driven decision-making, standardization, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on ethics and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and professional credentials including PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and certifications in Automation Frameworks and Blockchain Technology.

Rekha Vedantha

Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Mrs. Rekha Vedantha is a strategic HR leader with nearly three decades of experience in talent development, compliance, and organizational transformation. Holding a BE in Electronics & Communication and an MBA in People Management, she combines technical and managerial expertise with a people-first approach.

She has over 15 years of academic teaching experience as a Professor in engineering colleges with “Best Trainer Award” and served as a Training & Placement Officer, achieving 95% student placement with record packages and strong industry partnerships.

Certified as a Global Career Counsellor (UCLA, GCLA), ISO Internal Auditor, and PoSH Trainer, she is recognized for building high-performance cultures, embedding recognition frameworks, and driving employee engagement. she has been training the students and the corporates on Soft skills.
